We support all PC's, and all versions of Windows. We can remotely control your PC from our location which provides you with a quick resolution to most PC issues. Onsite support is also available and scheduled to best fit your situation. (sorry no MAC support)
Virus & Spyware Issues
Does your computer take forever to load? Is web browsing a chore? You may have viruses or spyware on your computer. We will come to your home, fix your virus and spyware issues and install tools to prevent them from happening in the future. We will not charge more than 3 hours (per PC) to fix your Spyware/Virus issues.
Network & Wireless Configuration
Would you like to print to the same printer from all your computers from anywhere in your home? Are you sharing your Internet connection? We can design and implement at simple, manageable and modern solution using either a wireless or wired solution.
Kid-Safe Browsing Solutions
Are you worried about content your children may be exposed to on the Internet? There are several products available today that we can implement and train you to manage going forward.
PC Purchase Assistance
